My name is Prithee Ajodah, and I am honored to introduce myself as a professional in the field of personal transformation and wellness. When you walk into a yoga studio, it's customary to be quiet so as not to disturb any class that is already in session.
We encourage you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow sufficient time to settle in and prepare for the session. Latecomers may miss the warm-up phase.
Please ensure you park your car in such a way to allow other students enough space to park.
Just a gentle request to please double-check after using the toilet — kindly ensure the tap is fully closed and the light is switched off if not in use, especially when coming upstairs for yoga.
There have been a few instances where the tap was accidentally left open, which caused the water tank to empty.
Your small act of care really helps us create a peaceful and mindful space for everyone.
Kind Request Regarding Yoga Mat Placement
To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, kindly avoid moving the yoga mats from their current positions.
Each mat has been carefully placed to prevent accidental collisions and to give enough space for movement — especially during lying or stretching poses, where feet or hands may touch.
If you need to adjust a mat, please return it to its original spot.
If you have knee or back pain, you're welcome to bring your own mat for extra support.
You may notice double mats near the windows, this is intentional. Some areas may get damp when it rains, so extra mats have been added for comfort and safety only there . and at the back for better audibility, though slightly more exposed to rain, are arranged for space management.

Yes, if you are joining for the first time then there is an advance payment, which is total Rs 1500 (Rs 500 yearly fee & Rs 1000 for 4x per month) then each end of the month.
Important Note on Monthly Yoga Payments & Reserved Spots
Just a kind reminder, as seats are limited and reserved in advance, we kindly request that you pay for the full month, similar to how most gyms and yoga studios operate.
Your spot is kept exclusively for you, even if you are unable to attend for a few weeks, and is not given to anyone else during that time.
You are always welcome to replace any missed classes at a later time.
We also humbly ask that you please settle your monthly subscription fee and annual fee on time to help us maintain a smooth and fair system for everyone.
If you know in advance that you won’t be attending, please let me know before the second week of the month — this allows me to offer your place temporarily to someone on the waiting list.

Concerning subscription fees, please be informed that similar to other gym or yoga institutions, payment for the yearly subscription is necessary annually. This applies irrespective of whether you were a subscriber in the previous year.
Yes, there are parking facilities available. Kindly be mindful & considerate when you park so that other students have enough space to park their car as well. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I Need to Bring My Own Yoga Mat?
Yes, if you have one. But no worries if you don’t — we have yoga mats available for you to use.
If you prefer, you may also bring a towel to place on top of the provided mat for extra comfort or hygiene.
