Yoga improves flexibility, strength, and balance, promotes relaxation and stress reduction, helps manage chronic pain and inflammation, enhances mental clarity and focus, promotes self-awareness and mindfulness, and offers a holistic approach to health and wellness.

As a reminder, kindly set your phone to silent mode once your class begins. When you walk into a yoga studio, it's customary to be quiet so as not to disturb any class that is already in session. We encourage you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow sufficient time to settle in and prepare for the session. Latecomers may miss the warm-up phase. Please ensure you park your car in such a way to allow other students enough space to park. Kindly refrain from moving the yoga mat that has been carefully placed to prevent accidental collisions during certain postures and also it was intentionally positioned in a considerate manner keep you safe and comfortable during your practice. If it is moved, you might accidentally bump into each other or your feet may touch while you're doing lying down on your mat. It's also to ensure that there is adequate space between each practitioner, allowing for freedom of movement and by respecting the designated placement of the mats, we create a harmonious environment where everyone can focus on their practice without distractions. We kindly request that you settle your monthly yoga payments on time. Your prompt payment ensures the smooth operation of our studio and allows us to continue providing high-quality instruction and services to you and our other members.   • How much is the yoga class?
    Yearly subscription fee Rs 500 4x Monthly fee Rs 1000 (Rs 250 per class - limited seats in live class) 8x Monthly fee Rs 1200 ( 2x per week - Rs 150 per class) 12 x Monthly free Rs 1500 (3x per week - Rs 125 per class) 24 x Monthly free Rs 1500 (On Zoom Only) Drop-in class or pay as you go Rs 300 I appreciate your interest in my classes. However, I must inform you that all classes are already at full capacity. Therefore, I may not have the space to accommodate you for two or three classes per week. Additionally, I do not accept drop-in students due to limited seating. This means that if you come without informing me in advance, you may not be able to secure a spot in the class. As an alternative, I can offer you one or two class live and another class via Zoom depending on seats availability. This way, you can still attend two or three classes per week without experiencing overcrowding or seating issues. Please let me know if this arrangement works for you.   • Do I have to pay in advance on my first day, or is it at the end of the month?
    Yes, if you are joining for the first time then there is an advance payment, which is total Rs 1300 (Rs 500 entry fee & Rs 800 for 4x per month)
  • Do I still need to pay for a full month if I miss one or two classes?
    Yes, you are required to pay for the full month as your seat has been reserved due to limited availability. For easier payments, you can also opt for a standing order. We kindly request that you settle your monthly yoga payments on time. Your prompt payment ensures the smooth operation of our studio and allows us to continue providing high-quality instruction and services to you and our other members.   • What are the available class timings?
    Mondays at 17:30 Tuesdays at 18:00 Wednesdays at 16:00 Thursdays at 18:00 Sundays at 10:30
  • If I have paid the subscription fee last year, do I need to pay for next year too?
    Concerning subscription fees, please be informed that similar to other gym or yoga institutions, payment for the yearly subscription is necessary annually. This applies irrespective of whether you were a subscriber in the previous year.
  • How long is the yoga class?
    1 hr. This includes 40 minutes of physical exercise and 20 minutes of meditation or mindfulness exercises
  • Can I pay by Juice? If Yes, how do I pay?
    You may pay by cash or if you choose to pay with juice, please make sure to transfer the payment to Yantra Spa & Healing Center, through the account number Mcb Juice 000447114689. However, kindly note that my mobile number is not registered to a business account. We value our clients' comfort and ease, so we strive to make payment options simple and accessible.
  • Are there parking facilities available?
    Yes, there are parking facilities available.
  • Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
    Yes, if you have one. However, we do have yoga mats available if needed. You can also bring a towel to place on top of the mat if you don't have a yoga mat.
  • How frequently should I practice yoga?
    You can notice significant differences in your body just after a week of regular yoga practice. It's really depends on you really. If possible, go for two to three sessions a week, but if you find yourself not having enough time then once a week but practice whatever you learn at home and remember not to let any discouraging factors overcome you. A lot of distractions may try to hinder your progress and force you to practice for short intervals. 15 minutes of continuous practice is far better than sitting idle. In simple words, do whatever you want to do, but do not quit. Even smaller portions will do the trick if you stick to your goal. Stay positive and encouraged with your accomplishments. Never lose focus, be consistent and you will get the desired results in no time.
  • What are the benefits of yoga and meditation?

  • Can I also do yoga on Zoom?
    Yes, you can do yoga on Zoom. You are required to send me a WhatsApp message prior to your session and I will send you a link to join the session via WhatsApp.
  • What should I wear to a yoga class?
    Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement and flexibility.
  • Can yoga help with weight loss?
    Yes, yoga can help promote weight loss by increasing metabolism, reducing stress, and improving physical fitness.
  • Where is the yoga class located?
    If you are coming towards floreal, Cuepipe Metro station north should be on your left then opposite on your right, you will see “Noorah cold store”, followed by two houses. Next to this, you'll find a brown gate. The yoga class is located inside the brown gate next to the restaurant called Quicker.   • What type of yoga do you teach?
    Vinyasa & Hatha yoga, which includes moving the body into different yoga postures (seated, standing and lying) to help improve the bodies strength, flexibility and balance, along with simple breathing exercises and relaxation to help calm the mind. I aim to make yoga relaxed, enjoyable and accessible to everyone, adapting the yoga practice to the individual's needs and ability
  • How is yoga different from stretching, or other kinds of fitness?
    Unlike stretching or other fitness training, yoga is more than just physically working your body. Within the physical practice of yoga we connect the movement of the body to the rhythm of our breath, which helps to focus and relax the mind by directing our attention inward. Yoga can improve your bodies strength, flexibilty and balance, whilst also calming your mind and improving your posture and how you breath. Yoga incorporates physical postures, breath control, and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being, while other forms of exercise typically focus primarily on physical fitness.
  • Is yoga suitable for pregnant women?
    Yes, yoga can be modified to suit the needs of pregnant women and can help promote relaxation and stress reduction during pregnancy.
  • Can yoga help with chronic pain, anxiety, anger, depression?
    Yes.
  • Are there any age restrictions for practicing yoga?
    No, yoga is suitable for individuals of all ages.
  • Can I practice yoga at home?
    Yes, many yoga practitioners practice at home using online videos or other resources.
  • I'm not flexible - can I do yoga?
    Yes! Many people think that they need to be flexible to begin yoga, but that’s a little bit like thinking that you need to be able to play tennis in order to take tennis lessons. Come as you are and you will find that yoga practice will help you become more flexible. This newfound agility will be balanced by strength, coordination as well as a sense of physical confidence and overall well-being.
  • Can I stop my yoga class anytime?
    Yes, but please let me know a week before.
  • How do I know I have chosen the right place to do yoga?

    Yes, there is a changing room. If you are using the toilet, please ensure that the tap water is properly closed after use.
  • Do I need to have experience with yoga to participate in a yoga class?
    No, prior experience with yoga is not required to participate in a yoga class.
  • Are there any age restrictions for practicing yoga?
    No, yoga is suitable for individuals of all ages.
  • Are there a bathroom facilities?
    Yes. Please ensure the tap water is properly closed after use.
  • Is it better to pay monthly yoga or I can do pay as you go?
    Yes, it's better to pay monthly, firstly it's cheaper than paying drop in class and also because your seats has already been reserved.
  • What are the payment options for therapy or yoga classes?
    You can pay in cash, or standing order or through PayPal or juice
  • Can I replace a missed class with another day?
    Yes, you can replace any missed classes on Zoom due to limited seats in the physical class. Or kindly, send me a WhatsApp message. I will let you know when you can come to replace the missed classes.
  • Can you remind me if ever I have skipped monthly payment?
    Yes sure. I have a record and I will remind you.
  • Can I just drop-in without informing you?

    Yes, coaching sessions are on appointment only.
  • How long can a coaching session take?
    The duration of a coaching session depends on what we are working on. It typically ranges from 1 hour to 75 minutes.
  • Do you treat people who have Insomnia, Depression, Anxiety, Fear or any past Trauma?
    Yes
  • Do you do one-on-one coaching or group sessions?
    Yes we do both. Group coaching is once a month.
