Learning to understand my mind, body and emotional patterns changed the direction of my life. That journey is why I have spent more than 20 years helping people work through the things they once thought they would always have to carry.

I do not believe in forcing positivity. I believe in helping people feel safe enough to think clearly, speak honestly and choose a better response.
